Technical Innovation

We have developed various diversified
pollution control and other related equipment and systems for schemes
where there was a void (no practical solution was foreseen by the
concerned people).
We are giving a
brief list of some of these systems, which we consider as our technical
innovation.
- Auto-parts cleaning system operated by
hydraulic power - This system is used for auto and other continuous
production items for degreasing and drying before treatment.
- Sintering the ore dust – This system is
used for utilizing the metal waste fines by melting in an arc furnace.
This ensures recovery of metal from grind fines which otherwise go into
land filling.
- Faster cooling of high level big size
casting – This system used enhanced technology to faster cool a very big
size and complicated casting. This reduced production time to a great
extent.
- High Turbulence Scrubber – This special
system is utilized in washing out acids & alkalis from air/fume. The
features of this system are low power consumption, higher efficiency,
low height, less space, higher performance and low maintenance.
- Low energy, high volume fans of plastics
& value based designs for centrifugal blowers.
- Ultra high vacuum drying system.
- Rotary product dryer for chemicals &
plastic granules.
- Rotary food dryers.
- Pneumatic conveying - value based.
- Spiral bio-refractors for efficient
biodegradation at lowest power needs.
- High performance dynamic aeration system
to unblock cap on bacterial reaction.
